SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA - Two great white sharks were spotted off the coast of Santa Cruz County Friday.
The sharks were seen during an aerial patrol of the area by the Pelagic Shark Research Foundation, Foundation spokesperson Sean Van Sommeran said.
One shark, 12-14 feet long, was spotted near the concrete ship at Seacliff State Beach.
The other shark, which was larger, about 16-feet, was spotted stalking dolphins off of Le Selva Beach.
